I’m one to look for the most bang for buck with what I do.
So for fitness I’m looking for the best things I can do in the least amount of time to get the best results.
What I have found for myself without a gym or desire to join one is the below
Sprint training - cardio and anaerobic
Burpees for muscles seems to work all body is quick and very effective
