Essential oil blend for sleep and calm. Clary Sage, Lavender, Ylang Ylang
No devices in the bedroom or tv.
Valarian Root or Kava
Start my bed routine at around 9 or 9:30 usually ready for sleep by 10:30

Yes, he has studied Buddhist concepts. He was looking for a way to hold awareness in the midst of a modern society, so that no matter where you are anyone can do meditation at any time. While sounding incredibly effortless, it is a discipline. But like any discipline eventually it becomes like second nature, and one just is.
