You don't install the raspberry pi OS to make a hardware wallet with the pi zero. If you use seedsigner, its just loading seed signers software... Same with pitrezor. There is no pi OS installed.

Probably pretty close to correct! Depends on how much "stuff" you have also. Its pretty rare when both parties just agree and split ways. Its usually couples that don't have much or one spouse just doesn't care because they want to get as far away asap!

Sounds about right. If you have no kids its cheaper and easier. Depends on how much of one of the spouses is an asshole or not also. You can do it for almost $0 if both parties just agree, no kids involved, and just go to the court house.
