Yes, their guidelines on covid were in their interest. But I think you might want to do more research and or maybe go for a checkup. If they do a blood draw, they can check your liver and kidney function pretty easily.

You have to fast with water for a long time to get there. Some people like doing that, but I don't.

I'm not aware of meditation doing this, but I'm not very knowledgeable about meditation. I know it is supposed to trigger a relaxation response, which is another physiological state.
