I didn’t expect the first page of the Chinese book to yield a new way of thinking, but here it is. You know in interviews where they sometimes ask “What do you do in your spare time?” I used to think that people are just curious to know you as a person. Or they want to lighten the mood. The author states that the interviewers could be strategically asking you this question because the way you spend time in your personal life could translate to your working attitude. Sometimes, it’s worth reading a book in another language.

Claimant a Corporation

There can only be two types of claimant offered by the court, and they are as follows:

A private natural person.
A corporation.

It is the latter, a “corporation” or “legal fiction”, which you must address if given in court as the claimant.

Note: a corporation can only make a claim against another corporation. A corporation can never make a claim against a private natural person. These are two separate jurisdictions, and can never cross.

If a name of corporation is given, then you will need to know the name of the corporation the claim is being made against.

If a name of a corporation is given, then you will need to ask the following:

“Can you give me the name of the corporation that [insert corporation] is making the claim against?”

Now the court has a problem: they cannot proceed without divulging the name of the corporation, which will resemble your name, at which point the gig is up.

Furthermore, you will need to see the contract between these two corporations that allows the claim to be made, so you can ascertain if you are even obligated.

Note: it is your right to be provided with a lawful contract on demand.

okay so I've looked over my COPY of a report of birth abroad of a United States of America. Then, I looked at my sister which was born in US. Her's is signed in Agriculture Commerce of the state she was born in and NO WHERE does it say UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. So what this means all I have to do is go to passport office and ask them to change/update. Is that correct? She has a certificate number, mine does not. Doesn't this already make me a state citizen automatically?

Why do you need another license to travel? Why do you want to go back under their jurisdiction by registering for a passport? passport = license to travel

Because it's in all CAPs. So you want to change it to natural name and inform them and the other branchs of congress that henceforth you no longer will operate under the legal fictious. Plus the passport card is also in all caps, so doesn't that be changed as well? a change of status from U.S. Citizen to State Citizen. Once you have that you can be free to do whatever and change other documents.

No, is meaningless to go and change from CAPS into small. That document is still CREATED by the state, that means they still the owners of that document, not you.

What you can do is go and create a trust that will take control over that corporation created by the state and you operate with it in commerce.

Man you still didn't understand that there are two important parts:

commerce, run by corporations, in public
sovereign, you live in private as a living man.

You can't be a living man and in the same time a corporation. For that we have the trusts.

Exactly. There are multiple ways to play the system. But two ways are very clear:

one way is to step out from the system totally, live your simple life without any interaction with the system. Full natural law.

my advice is to try to find and get in touch with people that you can talk to in person that have some experience with that and are willing to share knowledge. i don't want to give you such advice because i'm no expert and it differs a bit where i'm from. i would go over all onestupidfuck content and keep learning, eventually all will get clearer. there are may paths and only we can choose for us wich to take

VERY IMPORTANT aspect! If there's no contract signed and agreed by both parts, there's no claim. This is where the majority of people are fooled and fall into a trap, accepting everything is presented with (only lies).

In the movie, there is simulation within the simulation; it almost sounds like this fiat slavery world in our society. You have people who get up every day just to chase those unlimited supplies of money so to buy whatever is being sold, scary, and this world is exactly created by the greeds.

I don't know any better about these topics, but if you pay attention, there are indeed many unseen forces around, e.g., ppl who you randomly met might guide you to a better direction in life, is it really random?

and I feel SN is the place to discuss these seemingly "useless & silly" ideas in the fiat standard.

I believe in the power of persuasion and coincidence. Sometimes, our eagerness to find explanations for everything leads us to make connections that don't actually exist. It's just our brain trying to make sense of things. This is just my opinion, of course, not necessarily the truth.
