So what this means all I have to do is go to passport office and ask them to change/update. Is that correct? She has a certificate number, mine does not. Doesn't this already make me a state citizen automatically?
my advice is to try to find and get in touch with people that you can talk to in person that have some experience with that and are willing to share knowledge. i don't want to give you such advice because i'm no expert and it differs a bit where i'm from. i would go over all onestupidfuck content and keep learning, eventually all will get clearer. there are may paths and only we can choose for us wich to take
