There's a ton of research on the health benefits of long-term fasting. I do have to say I felt great afterward.
Four day fast. Only water with some salts added to replenish electrolytes. I did two three-day fasts a long time ago and it a rough time starting day two. The electrolytes made all the difference.

What about keeping territories but putting them behind a paywall. As the internet becomes shittier by the day, I would be willing to shell out sats for access to a high quality knowledge base on a variety of topics.
I'd explain that some people are less fortunate and there is a moral obligation to help them. Doesn't have to be by giving money, could be a job, or food, etc. I'd also explain that this moral obligation doesn't grant the dude a corresponding right to my money, and that believing otherwise is a slippery slope to communism.
I come to stacker news to escape the enshittified web, but I think the beautiful thing about SN is that instead of hard rules, people vote with their sats. On the other hand, the current cost of posting probably isn't high enough to prevent enshittification here if someone were really determined to ruin SN.

Exactly. Bitcoin's decentralized and immutable nature is very useful for money but not for real estate, stocks etc because your need for protection of property rights over the latter is much greater than with bitcoin, which means you're going to be subject to some sort of legal system.
