Pretty good day today, despite being a bit of a cookie monster again.
- Lots of steps from mowing the lawn, walking the dog, and miscellaneous errands
- Broke my fast a little early in the morning, but ate healthy until afternoon snacks
Also, I came across a new health app on nostr. Has anyone else used SOUND HSA? It supposedly pays sats for steps.

Yes, that was a February exercise. I still try to restrict my eating window everyday, but I only loosely keep track of it.
And what was the outcome of that period?
I got into a better habit of not eating until later in the day and stopping earlier.
I'm not sure I noticed any particular health gains.
No but sounds interesting. I have an HSA :-). smiles app pays sats for steps! And workit does too
So far, I've completed the activity challenges, but haven't seen any evidence of sats.
