The people and their choices matter even more. The strength of people forces politicians to make different deals and promise and lie in different ways. Elections are the tail. Not the dog. They are the thunder. Not the lightning. You don't have a Trump without a Obama and Biden. It takes people seeing how bad it is to get fed up. It's so much more than elections.
The return of the Strong Gods is happening. Right @SimpleStacker. It's fascinating to watch. We are watching the post WW2 concensus crumble. The methods of control are breaking down. The shift is real. I don't think it's great but it's not worse. Kinda feels inevitable.
I'm very white pilled. Not because of WoS or Phoenix or the election. It's because the trend has shifted. It can go bad. But the shift is real and the Covid overeach is a large part of it.

I made this prediction with k00b like a 1 year 1/2 year ago that if they came back they go right back to being the most used lightning app just because of their brand and design of the wallet. I forget the specifics but it was centered around how they had brand trust with the plebs.

wallet of satoshi has lots of channel capacity so I guess it's good for increasing overall throughput and usability. It also has fully self-custodial option.
I know that fees on acinq are outrageous, sometimes it'd be cheaper to send on-chain btc (esp at 1sat/vb rates) than via LN, which puts into question the whole model.
Personally the best lightning wallet I used is shockwave (not affiliated or anything, I just tried all options including breeze and zeus):
