- finding 90 minutes per day spread apart to exercise
I think you can still have coffee as long as it’s a part of your diet program? Or did I miss that. My diet program will be 2000 calories only with the called out no alcohol or am I cheating doing that you think

Probably calorie restriction or intermittent fasting of some kind.
