I've been reading physical books before bed. Trying to reduce my blue light exposure at night.

No, I'm reading physical books rather than reading off a screen.
It's hard to say if it's helped my sleep. I tend to sleep pretty well.

Okk. Do you have any specific food or drink you consume in the last hour before going to sleep? I've recently started taking green tea and doing a little bit of yoga before going to bed. It really helped me. I was having issues of overthinking while lying awake sometimes for 2 hours even.

I don't eat or drink anything for several hours before bed. Sometimes I'll stretch a little, depending on how I'm feeling.
