Do you have any specific food or drink you consume in the last hour before going to sleep?
I've recently started taking green tea and doing a little bit of yoga before going to bed. It really helped me. I was having issues of overthinking while lying awake sometimes for 2 hours even.
I don't eat or drink anything for several hours before bed. Sometimes I'll stretch a little, depending on how I'm feeling.
