Technically, it doesn’t have to be your wife. Anyway, would you want to join this competition to have a chance at winning beer?

i can carry my wife and, extra fun fact, i bench press about the equivalent of 3.5 ten-year-old children with a weight of 30kg each

reply

YOU DA MAN!

reply

90 kg + 45 kg

135 * 2 is 270 270 + 27 is 297 pounds

reply

not the wife at the same time lol, perhaps a few sets of squats with the wife, then a few reps of about 100 with 3 children strapped together

reply

I think my math was incorrect

3.5 * 30 kg = 105 kg

105 kg * 2.2 = 231 pounds

reply

that's about right yes, 231 is about my one rap max though

The wife said "Don't even think about it."

Sometimes my wife doesn’t even want to hold my hand

reply

Is that a Japanese thing, a her thing, or a you thing?

reply

The humid weather in Singapore. I sure don’t have sweaty palms!

reply

Sure, blame the weather.

Lighter wife means less beer if you win. Have to find the balancing point.

reply

I can carry her but I don't think I'd do well in the race

reply

Honestly, me neither

reply

I can carry my wife, but it's quite difficult now... Usually she have between 52-54 kg, but now in the 8th month of pregnancy she have 66...so it's harder than usual, but not impossible to carry ;)
