I feel great. It's surprising to me how many of you think I'm doing something intense, when I'm really just procrastinating on eating and drinking.
I'm starting to finally see where the one-meal-a-day people are coming from. My body's adjusting to this pattern of eating and drinking a lot during a short window.
In this type of diet, won’t your body end up taking nutrients from your muscles first instead of your fat reserves? I’ve done something similar before, but with defined 14-hour intervals—I only had breakfast and lunch. I lost weight, and I remember feeling a bit stressed.

That's not my understanding, but I'd love to hear more about that.
What I've come across, indicates that once you enter ketosis, your body consumes available fat cells. Even once you enter autophagy, your body goes after dead cells, miscellaneous debris, and fat cells before muscle and bone.
