Broke an approx. 36h fast with one of my fave combos: avo on kumara (sweet potato) sourdough, grass-fed scotch steak, beef bone broth + topped it off with a few generous handfuls of salted pistachios 🤠
Sounds and looks great! Bet it tasted good after that fast

Dry fast or water ?

Water + coffee (I do add butter + MCT/collagen powder to my coffee, and salt to my water - not sure if that disqualifies it as a real fast or not, haha)
My fasts tend to happen spontaneously nowadays, I don't really plan anything :)

Add the oil and stuff to the coffee would break a fast but still gave yourself a great reset gut break !
