Have you never had a thought the same time as another? Or heard about a mother knowing their child was in danger from another state? It definitely happens.
Yes, all the time. It's called intuition, an almost unavoidable ability of the brain to infer.
I am sure there is way to measure it with science.
There's, inference capability is measurable through correlativity coefficients from pattern recognition.
Do you think that is real?
What specifically? (sorry, inference failure :P )
consider there is more happening here than meets the eye.
That's a mantra I live by, that's why I love science. Science is all about always believing that there's more than what simply meets the eye.

That's not only factually untrue but examples are even famous for the scientifical breakthroughs produced after the awakenings from the mystical lethargy. One of the most important, of the top of my head, was Johannes Kepler (initially a devote mysticist, ditched the whole thing and embraced science, resulting in modern era celestial science).
There's also me. I was not only a devote Christian, but I also believed in all of this things as if they were certain. Until I woke up.

What is intuition in scientific terms? To me it's the same thing. Maybe you just don't like the word I am using. Words all made up so I am happy to use different words. And Maybe you are right. I truly don't know anything. I'm an observer.
