I couldn’t watch it for long. It was too excruciating. But yes Biden looked worse than Trump from what I saw . He can’t articulate answers that sound at all credible. Vivek Ramaswamy was saying that the Dems may be looking to swap out Biden in August.

I think that was pretty much the entire point of scheduling a debate this early - before the Dem convention even occurred.

From a a game-theory view, there was no clear upside for Biden to participate in a debate this early....he is the incumbent President, its assumed he will be running. If he did an outstanding job, he would just remain the nominee, if he faltered he would be under pressure to be removed. He only stood to lose.

I don't think the "we can just swap out Biden" theory is going to go quite as smooth as Dems hope though....the 'Lügenpresse' has spent the last 4 years lecturing the public that Biden is doing a wonderful job, its going to come across as quite desperate at this sage to suddenly have him thrown under the bus and try to frantically build support behind another candidate.

Yes, they are. I always wonder how do such old people as Biden (81) and Trump (78) are still thinking about materialistic possessions. Do they not have any sense for attaining high spirituality in the last years of their lives. Or, may they know that they are going to be living for another 30 and 40 years and they will have enough time after their 2nd term.

Its not even about being old you know, its about power which supersedes all other senses.
The world they have lived, known about is gone, the ideas they’ve had of life, needs of society have long gone as well. The gap between them and the new generation is huge. Their ideas or solutions to the conflicts of the new world is also outdated. Yet they’re clinging on, people are voting for them? Either people also want them or they don’t have better options to them which is quite worrying as they’re ‘like’ the conductors of the world.

Anyways, American people could do better. If these two are their only option or the best option then RIP.

Kennedy definitely won. He had a parallel debate at therealdebate.com and smoked them both. I know bitcoiners are mad at him right now for shitcoins and maybe he doesn’t have a huge chance, but i do think he’s the best chance we have at actually shrinking the fed and avoiding thermonuclear war. He’s said he’d pardon Edward Snowden on day one.

What we saw last night was not a debate, it was each man telling his own side without really arguing against the other side. It was kind of like third-graders in an argument: “He said this!” “No I didn’t!” or “You did the worst job as president!” “No you did!”. Couldn’t really call it a debate.
