I’ve shifted over the years and as I have a family and young boys now. I run and do strength training daily, drink tons of fluids, and sleep great! Every year I self reflect and try to be the best version of myself. I’m almost 45 and feel great! I have a great career as a Scrum Master that pushes me to take lean approaches and I apply that to personal life. We all have 168 hours in a week. How do you use those?
