Thanks for sharing. I’m similar with the young kids and get creative as I work remotely. I run over lunch with friends whose houses are close enough for us to run between.

As you can see, because I’m raising two young kids at the moment, I have no bandwidth for friends and hobbies and exercise. Hopefully I will live a more balanced life when they grow older - but this will have to do for now

How do you value your life?

A good day is when I:
- do something productive n meaningful at work
- post something creative at SN
- give my children great hugs
- have my wife not be irritable towards me haha
- sleep without doomscrolling at night
