The fish oil is going to be oxidized and do more harm than good.
Protein powder is fiat garbage soy/pea “protein” not animal protein.
Vitamin D is the only thing I take.
Eating the fish is probably better, if you can find it (most supermarket fish is either farm raised and soy fed or mis-labeled.)

I agree with your sentiment about protein powder. I prefer to just get protein from its natural source, mainly from animal products, and haven't used protein powder in a while.
In terms of fish oil, I believe as long as you get a quality brand and make sure to keep it stored within a cool environment (I keep mine in the fridge), you don't have to worry too much about it getting oxidized, although there's always the risk.
I agree with your fish input as well. I only eat smaller fish that are wild caught, to decrease the amount of potential mercury and plastic exposure. But again, difficult to be perfect.
What brand of vitamin D do you take? And how has it benefitted your health?

Whatever D3 my wife buys, not sure if there is any difference. Any suggestions?
I think the D has helped me keep from getting seasonal colds and flu. Though I just got a cold a 3 days ago, but I’m already over it. That’s the first time in a few years, where I used to get a cold every year, and usually lasted a week.
But I’ve only been carnivore for 2 years, so maybe that is helping too.

I personally haven't tried vitamin D supplementation so I wouldn't be able to give any suggestions...
I see! Yeah, similar for me, the total amount of colds or sicknesses I get has declined drastically over the years, and I have noticed I'm able to bounce back much quicker even if I do catch a cold or something else.
2 years is a substantial amount of time and commitment, congrats!
