me and my wife both quit caffeine at same time. She had terrible headaches for about 10 days....I had no headaches but started having weird leg pains. At first I didn't connect it to caffeine withdrawal but some internet searches turned it up.
I suppose its the same cause of headaches: vascular expansion. Caffeine causes your blood vessels to constrict and when there is no caffeine your body initially has trouble regulating dilation naturally, which causes expanded blood vessels which put pressure on surrounding nerves.
It lasted about 8 or so days for me. literally felt I pulled a hamstring.

In my case caffeine fucked up my sleep quality, even when drinking small amounts in the very morning.

Having said that I love coffee. I've switched to decaf but the taste isn't the same.
i have "quit" caffeine for periods of time before. i like the idea of it, but sometimes it's just nice to have something interesting to drink since i don't really drink alcohol anymore. i've reserved myself to have at least one little vice for now haha
Yeah, I've been toying with the idea of using a 25/75 blend of beans (25 caf / 75 decaf). In theory there is some milligram amount of caffeine that falls below the threshold of addiction causing....
