I've done it before. It's nice. Lower anxiety and less hunger (weird I know but I'd also lose my appetite when I used to smoke pot).
For anyone planning on trying: be careful going cold turkey. I was surprised to learn withdrawal can cause sciatica.

me and my wife both quit caffeine at same time. She had terrible headaches for about 10 days....I had no headaches but started having weird leg pains. At first I didn't connect it to caffeine withdrawal but some internet searches turned it up.
I suppose its the same cause of headaches: vascular expansion. Caffeine causes your blood vessels to constrict and when there is no caffeine your body initially has trouble regulating dilation naturally, which causes expanded blood vessels which put pressure on surrounding nerves.
It lasted about 8 or so days for me. literally felt I pulled a hamstring.

I would put my money on kidneys that can be confused with sciatica..

Oh kidney issues cause your legs to have vague radiating pain?

Im no doctor, But i know both are confused sometimes. Would make sense if you drop a diuretic, it affects the kidney quickly. But, I think the leg usually point out to sciatica indeed
