ProofofworkFitness suggested I add those to balance out the upper and lower body work. I am pretty good about getting workouts in but as I get older I admit I am an offender of "skipping leg day" so I thought why not.
So just something I am doing but would love to have you on the team if you want to join the squat brigade.
I'm good with pushups and squats, just trying to live down to my nym.
