Get rid of soda if you drink it regularly. Switch to sparkling water if you have to have something bubbly and cold. Works well. The soda elimination will drop 5-10 lbs. from reduced inflammation and eliminating sweetener in your diet. I get it by the flat from Costco for half the price of a flat of Diet Coke.

I haven't had soda with any regularity for decades. My bane is freely available baked goods, which is why the holidays hit me pretty hard.
