Absolutely. My advice - keep a list! There will be so many problems that resolve, that you'll forget. You want to keep a good list so you can tell people about it, and also to help keep you on carnivore, even when temptation comes along.

What kind of carnivore are you - full on meat only, or all animal products (dairy, eggs)?

The list is a great idea!

I'm all animal products but I don't drink milk, and I'm making my own yoghurt that's fermented longer to get rid of more lactose.

So far staying on carnivore has been easy for me because I have a pretty bad reaction to carbs. I get bad brain fog and am prone to feeling depressed the next day / later if I had a lot. I'm also a lazy cook so there is little temptation I'm glad to say!

What degree of carnivore are you following?

I'm doing all animal products. So beef, pork, seafood, dairy (high fat items like cream, cheese, etc), eggs. I will also occasionally have a few blueberries or strawberries.

I used to make kefir and yogurt (I made the high fat version, half milk and half cream) but after a while I just wasn't interested anymore. Meat (fatty beef in particular, I eat a lot of high fat ground beef) is something I never, ever get tired of.

I'm thinking about cutting back on the dairy.

I feel like everyone should go very restricted carnivore at least once for a little while so they can see how foods affect them and then reintroduce over time.

I also want to cut out dairy for a while at some point so I can see if there is any effect .
