Trying to make a txns and it says insufficient balance which make no sense. Can’t even make a 2k sat transaction

Still waiting for tech support.

Are you using it with a passport device? I have one of those but it's sitting in a container doing nothing, so if you get nothing, tag me and I can try to check things out.
