If anything, it should be a lesson for market makers to be explicit in how they will resolve a market, and to house all that on the market itself. Details like that should not live off-platform.
I still think I was shafted, but it’s a small amount of sats so I’m not pushing the issue. Though I will think twice before joining another of that maker’s markets in the future

We also have a rating mechanism for creators and as user you are free to provide it on market page after resolution. If you aren't satisfied you can rate the creator with less stars or report us right from the market page.

For sure. There's a lot to sort out between all the parties (users, creators, and Predyx) in terms of reliability and fairness.
One thing Predyx might need to do is require market creators, especially new ones, to put up a bond covering potential losses to users from their mistakes.
