Activity level and food were both solid today. Need to get more sleep tonight, though
Let me know how your days went
still not getting enough sleep, staying up late taking care of various things
got chick fil a for the kids. couldn't resist getting some for myself.
I'm sensing that your main weakness may be fried food
Indeed. I was gonna go for the grilled chicken, but waffled about and decided ultimately on the fried. The accountability thread does cross my mind, so hopefully it will be enough of a marginal shift that I'll lessen my fried food consumption over time.
That's exactly what I'm hoping to accomplish with the thread.
I also think about getting to put a "no" by junk food when I'm facing that choice during the day. Sometimes it's enough but usually it's not.
I'm happy that I'm sleeping more now. Today I again crossed 6 hours of sleep time. Fasting for 1_ hours now. I'm not a fan of junk food - processed foods are all junk in my eyes.
I had rice and dal with curd and mixed some chopped salad into it. It is tasty and very easy on stomach.
No outdoor activity so far, nothing else. I'm so ashamed for it because I make a conviction daily and also break it daily.
Public accountability only works because we feel bad about falling short and feel even worse about admitting it to others.
Unless you're not shamelesslike @realBitcoinDog.
TBH, I want to put the blame on my only friend here. Until last year, he and I used to go for long ng walks but now he doesn't come because he's working in a private school for less than $200 a month.
Why does that mean he can’t walk??
I started doing cold showers at work!
I'm guessing you strut around bragging about it to your coworkers, too
Actually for that, just leaving to go exercise during the work day is itself a brag!
With two kids I can’t exercise before or after work
