Nothing special today. How'd you all do?

Good to see that you added dead hang to your daily routine. I started doing those again recently as well, but skipped out today. Been wanting to post my numbers for the past 2 days, but was too sleepy both nights and just went straight to sleep instead.

Today:

  • 50 push ups
  • 10km run. Felt good and pushed the pace today. Finished in 49:31, one of my few sub 50min 10ks.
  • cold shower
  • 19585 steps

I used to do a lot of rock climbing, so I know my grip should improve pretty quickly. Then, I can start getting into the other benefits.

Very cool. Did you climb outdoors or in gyms or both?

Both, but mostly indoors
