It will take 30-40 years for people to realize that Bitcoin is actually useful (i.e., indispensable). By then, there will be so few Bitcoins "free" that the price will be horrible (mining is expensive, and there will be few Bitcoins left because of the halvings, and by then, the holders will have bought up and held almost everything)
