2 hours of playing at the park with the kids. Then my daughter and I walked to the store to buy some fruit.
I did sadly eat some ice cream after dinner though.
Sadly and eat ice cream should never exist in the same sentence.
Normally I would agree but my wife bought two types of ice cream on the weekend and now 3 out of 4 nights since it arrived I succumbed to its allure. I am a weak man.
How much are you eating? Are you eating the serving size so you're aware of the calories?
Nah. I just scoop it out of the tub until I am ashamed of myself. At least double the serving size for sure.

Two hours at the park is nothing to shake a stick at.
Dog walks are not happening because she has delivered cute 6 puppies and don't go too far let them alone.
Healthy food is always a yes for me because I only eat what my mom cooks.
Else ..I'm just too lazy. Haha
I can appreciate that. Although, technically, it takes less effort to fast than to eat more. Maybe you aren't being lazy enough.
Haha. You didn't get "what my mom cooks", means when my wife cooks, I go fasting....because she's a damn bad cook. For last three days, my mom's gone on a pilgrimage to Mathura (Lord Krishna's land) to celebrate Krishna's birthday. And I'm mostly surviving on fruits and nuts, coffee, tea, milk and some homemade snacks.

Did a killer advance core training yesterday and I recorded it for my social medias and I'm going to upload it into my app for Access through the premium program.
I was going to hit legs today but I'm still sore from sprinting. I tried to hit legs a day early and I did a few squats but I can tell my body needs to recover before I push it.
I've gotten better at listening to my body over the years so I'll just be doing fasted cardio for the day and probably hit chest later.
