Morning exercise + sunlight does wonders

Sunlight is super underrated as it is our main source of Vitamin D, I had my blood tested months ago and it showed "Vitamin D: 1"... which is concerning, especially for mental health other than bones health etc.
So now I take once a month (max 4 months) 0,266mg of Calcifediol which is the equivalent of 16000 IU, and I can confirm that I feel much better, no placebo.

I used to work outside most of the day. The old pleb lab was in a building with a rooftop pool. Before that back in 2018, I'd work in my backyard all day, laptop screen glare be damned.
Sometimes I switch away from things that work to try a new way of being and it's worse and I forget that it's worse.

If a blind man cannot appreciate the value of a fine painting, whoโ€™s at fault? The blind man or the painter?
Neither.
In reality, however, there are many blind men who are blind simply because they choose to keep their eyes closed.

Today, I learnt that there are different kinds of white lights, depending on the voltage. They include warm white (3000k), cool white (4000k), and daylight (6000k). Since we bought the 3000k lights, we were somewhat disappointed with the slightly orangish tint they evoked. We may have to purchase the cool white (4000k) lights to salvage the situation.

it's really enticing to make a small pool or a swarm on a collective VPS for a big group of bitaxe miners; 1000 bitaxe-equivalents would make about 1PH, which is a respectable amount... then the funds can go into a fedimint of a cybertribe and create cashu tokens; since sats are mostly incentivized to stay within a mint, this can power a small tribal economy for a while, where people trade each other for zero fees like cash/cache, until the tribe needs a substantial purchase from outside the mint;
