This stupidity was introduced during the previous administration
For anyone looking at this now, we have moved the website to https://zapstore.dev
Python is a great language but I don't like the aesthetics (of the language and the community). I like working with beautiful things. Ruby is much better in this respect
I would love to know this too.
I went to two places listed in btcmap and neither had a clue of what bitcoin even was. So pretty disappointing.
Get in touch with the community at La Crypta, some members there will know for sure
Bitcoin might, just might only have a chance in the face of complete mayhem. A 12% fall won't do anything, in my opinion.
This is because of the US dollar. Only when the dollar is stopped being perceived as stable and safe (stubborn assumptions in most cultures) will bitcoin have a chance to be considered by a significant amount of people.
In Argentina we had the currency falling by 100-120% yearly and it woke up very few people relatively speaking. Most still think in the greenback as safe haven and if they hear about bitcoin it's immediately related to cRyPTo, a gamble used to make more dollars. Sad but true.
Things have gotten very expensive (for our local standards at least) including in dollar terms.
They have lowered tariffs for certain imported products but the local competition still has a high tax burden, stupidly unfair for local businesses. For example I've seen imported cheese (something rare over here) cheaper than some local brands.
Sure you but you need developers releasing reproducible builds and people attesting to them, definitely not the norm
