It's only really possible if you aren't being micromanaged.
If possible, I advocate this for anyone in any kind of government work, but to be honest based on my own experience of government work most people already do this anyway because the incentive structures are fucked and no one really cares since the business isn't on the line based on performance either.
If you're private sector then you need to assess how reasonable the management are in terms of their expectations of your relative to compensation they provide.
The argument for stables is mostly different from non-fiat shitcoins. It's not something that those of us living in first world countries need to give much thought to, but people living with even less banking and money options than we do in developed nations completely depend on the ability to operate with USDT for their livelihood. I believe that building the infrastructure to do this on top of Bitcoin is a positive step and will move us towards the Bitcoin standard sooner with less harm caused on the way.
I think everything points to it being one person, except for the fact that it's astounding that one person alone could've done everything that Satoshi supposedly did on his own. Despite this, I'm still going with individual.
Most types of takeaways and literally anything made with potatoes in it. Most other common things I enjoy there are at least some non-seed oil alternatives on shelves (bread and chocolate spring to mind).
Yes it would be good or bad for BTC?
No it wouldn't be good or bad for BTC?
Maybe it wouldn't be good or bad for BTC?
The poll doesn't make sense.
However, to respond in faith, I think it would most likely not be a good thing, and would also depend if this/these person(s) were still alive as to how it would be perceived. If they were alive then their future actions would constitute instruction as to how to act on Bitcoin which I think would be a negative.
Do I think it would ultimately cause irreparable damage? Most likely not. The concept is strong enough to withstand just about anything and I don't think we have to worry to too much about that now.
You 'need' as many as you can get. I understand it's attractive to set targets but the best strategy is to continually acquire and not focus too much on specific numbers.
However, if you like thought experiments, here's one. Let's say arbitrarily that approximately 4 million bitcoins have been irretrievably lost, and a projected world population of 9 billion people some time in the next 10-15 years, then there is on average 1,700,000 satoshis per person. I would suggest that people focus on getting their first 1,000,000 then beyond that simply keep on stacking.
I heard from another dev in the space (won't name who because it's not my place to) that Sarutobi was operating at a loss by paying out bigger rewards in order to grow. The rewards were always going to decrease eventually.
This is great news of course, but I thought as an English football fan I might give a bit more context for people. Oxford City are a pretty small club, they're not even the biggest club in Oxford. This story won't be registering on the radars of many people in the wider football world.
Great article. Fuck democracy. If I didn't ask then I don't care what your opinion is. Fuck the UN, fuck the IMF, fuck the WHO, fuck em all.
Block lists for sure, I can't think of any reason not to. We want ways to filter out people we don't like. Downvoting though? I don't want another reddit. The cream will rise to the top with the current system of tipping sats to good posts.
If somebody doesn't want to hear what you're saying then they're not ready and you need to focus your energy elsewhere. It doesn't mean the people you're trying to educate are bad people, your girlfriend and other friends are still worth associating with and talking with about other things, but for Bitcoin you need to find other people.
You're fortunate that you've got SN as well as other communities to talk Bitcoin with people.

I think it could be argued that few or no upvotes constitutes a negative feedback loop. In such a case people are seeing your comment and choosing to ignore it.
I think it would depend entirely on where you were to do this as to the safety of it. Now another question would be how effective could you be in spreading the word? You would need to think about your strategy and figure out how to do something that works.
Far from it, the private torrent tracker scene is still alive and as vibrant as ever. However, it's not without its problems. Integrating lightning could solve many of those problems.
