If somebody doesn't want to hear what you're saying then they're not ready and you need to focus your energy elsewhere. It doesn't mean the people you're trying to educate are bad people, your girlfriend and other friends are still worth associating with and talking with about other things, but for Bitcoin you need to find other people.
