Well I took the time to write a good long post about affordable housing so maybe I should DOX myself with a good thorough BIO?

I work in multi-family property management and have done so for more than 25 years.

I am utilizing bitcoin payments to empower my residents and provide them with a savings tool just for paying me with bitcoin - ask me how or read my post on it...

I am really focused on driving network usage through providing incentives that are better aligned with bitcoin than with fiat.

I am a Bitcoiner - This I have only done for about 4 years now... I first heard about Bitcoin way back in 2013-2014 and bought a little in 2018...I do not count myself a Bitcoiner from that point however as I didn't understand anything then, and even now after 4 years of learning about it, I still feel as though I have only begun to scratch the surface.

All that is to say.... I am going to make a commitment to all of you here (on SN) and all of those out in this beautiful lovely world of ours to regularly post information and updates on how my journey is going. It may be long winded and rambling, or short and to the point. It may be interpreted poorly, or be completely off base and out of touch with realty....but it will be honest and sincere. I have decided to take this step and dedicate some of my time in hopes of both helping the community and (selfishly) to gain feedback and to learn from those of you who see things through a different lens and are also willing to give up some of your time.
