The question is when do they actually respond with rational actions. So far its people on the edges not party people that get it for the most part.

If I had to guess they need a Trump. By that I mean they need an outsider to come in and steal the party by sheer force of popularity by giving the people what they want. Trump did this with the Republicans. I still say he isn't even a Republican. Not really.
