That's why so many top European companies (usually mammoth companies) move their headquarters (and sometimes production) to countries that we, ordinary people, call "tax havens".
There's an imbalance where the post-Brexit remainder, which is severely hurting with reduced libertarian influence, tries to keep the former momentum without a good check on markets. Like a leg got amputated during the race and you're still running as if you're going to win.
Brexit thus far seems a lose-lose-lose.
