It is not to crazy when I think of it in regards to who was doing it!! The whole shebang was being directed by the department of defense as a biowarfare countermeasure (they say). To me it looked more like a binary biowarfare attack on the population of the world.

The future historians will probably be court historians and look at it just as they do today. After all, they are writing the histories, aren’t they?
