i wud start with explaining that the core issue is a brain dis-ease: that's the uneasiness drives all the bad habits; diets and walks don't necessarily work: people will choose to walk on a treadmill while watching TV; they'll change what they eat to a fad diet; this is not the way - the way out of darkness is thru knowledge of the self and knowledge of the enemy - that's what will produce lasting effects

dude, they are rationalizing that taking Wegovy is taking care of themselves! plus, the prescription is by subscription thru insurance - they do not care about the price, but about the perceived benefits
