Yes, that is the question for a non-psychopathic leader to ask before going into conflict. Unfortunately, there are a lot of these neo-con psychopaths around the halls of power. They seem to be attracted like flies on excrement. They also don’t care a whit about how many people die, as long as it is not their people. Trump is right in turfing them out when they get too strident.
