Yeah I actuallly do a three day water fast during that period as well. Does feel good to start my year with a solid reset!

I drink nearly every day but I have a policy of not drinking at home so it's always out in a social setting. I go totally dry for ~6 weeks every January and in that time I feel amazing and get a lot done but also feel quite bored haha.
