How it felt this week:
Very chill this week. Tried hard to beat 7 minutes for the mile on Tuesday, but wasn't able to do it. The two other runs were short, relaxed, and chill. Felt good and full of energy during both the Thursday and Saturday runs. Decided not to do any box step up+down to give the leg muscles extra rest. I walked up and down a lot of stairs during work this week, so I thought that would be quite enough in terms of taking steps up and down. I only worked half day on Friday, and also took a day off today to properly rest my legs. Feeling pretty good about tomorrow. Will share the results here with you guys tomorrow after I get home from the race. Wish me luck.
