Nobody calls it cream city, but there's a ton of businesses called "cream city x."  Like my wife (who knits) sometimes shops at "cream city yarn."  So while nobody calls it that, it's not a particularly odd shirt. 

I moved to rename it “have milk city” 

I hadn't noticed those yet, but I agree that they're even worse. And, the answer is nobody calls it Cream City.

The Miwuakeeites I’ve known never shut up about Milwaukee and not once did they mention this nickname.
