They do seem to have strange jaws, but they work well! I once witnessed a scary dog fight between two boxers.

Dogs bites are strong.
Especially one that is meant to defend and guard.

This breed is beautiful. I once had a dog that was a mix of Boxer and Pitbull, he was beautiful and loving;

Beautiful dog.
Let's also consider the bulldog. The Bulldog is a British breed of dog of mastiff type. It may also be known as the English Bulldog or British Bulldog. It is a medium-sized, muscular dog of around 40–55 lb (18–25 kg). They have large heads with thick folds of skin around the face and shoulders and a relatively flat face with a protruding lower jaw.

Yes, I have already featured the bulldog. I owned one. My first bull breed, but unfortunately with heartbreaking health issues.

Like bulldogs and mastiffs, boxers have ancestors that can be traced back to the Assyrians as far back as 2000 BC. These dogs were strong, courageous dogs that were of great help to the Assyrians during wars. Centuries later, these dogs were named after the ancient city of Molossis, which is located in present-day Albania. Later, boxers were used as hunting dogs for centuries, mainly for hunting wild boar, bear and deer. The breed spread throughout Europe.
