How it felt this week:
Yep, I did it again. Gave in to alcohol and had a beer last Sunday. Not very good and need to do better.

The runs felt good. Went a bit faster than last week and continued to taper in terms of distance. I had to run my long run Saturday morning instead of Sunday morning because I had to go to USA for some personal stuff. Legs felt strong this week, maybe because I've been running shorter distances. Overall feeling pretty good about finishing the race on a strong note; not so sure about finishing it in under 4 hours though.
