When people pick on the Lightning network I remind myself hey the current fiat network has a ton of issues!
I hope someday lightning network over comes the current credit card networks.

VISA is fast, reliable (not completely), but opaque. I still think it's better than MasterCard, but VISA isn't perfect either.
Speaking of Lightning...I also hope it will take over banking transactions.
