Unfortunately, it's not Bitcoin if that's what you meant. But it still offers a good gamification model to make the app really stand out. It will take a lot of iteration to get there, though.

what if you create another LN node that runs on a separate machine, connect to it via tailscale or holesail, and only refill it occasionally from ur start9, when u are at home for example?

that scheme will make connections more smooth and protect your start9 node. that way you can treat your start9 as "cool LN node" and the new one as "hot LN node." just like ur cold storage does not need to be accessed daily, ur start9 node at home does need to be routing payments daily (especially via tor).
