Why device sync for a piece?
Cause we can't easily determine if you have a sending wallet otherwise.
Right, I see what you mean! So, if an invoice goes through, that means there's a attached sending wallet. If it doesn't go through, then there's no wallet attached. Or even better, maybe there is, but it's just not working properly!
hmmm it's more like: when you turn on device sync, there's an encrypted blob on the server representing your sending creds. If that blob is there, we know you have a sending wallet attached.
I was just suggesting a way to make it work even if device sync isn't on!
Paying an invoice could mean you are scanning the QR is the main problem.
Don't y'all know when an invoice gets paid through NWC?
