Yes, that's our friends house. She lives just a short walk away from us. We usually take care of that cat when our friend is away. The cat knows my daughter well. I wouldn't let my daughter go to people's windows if I didn't know it was ok. Haha

Btw....in Hungarian it exist a proverb, which says that: "The dog loves the owner, the cat loves the house." This is the reason I like dogs more than cats. :)
The cat seems to know your daughter
